A brief Aphorism in defense of Marxism. Hope fully not a
Swan Song.
The argument that Marxism is a futile line of inquiry simply
because of inherent Elitism is its self a weak and not a Strong argument. In
fact, it is totally counter intuitive to the facts. Capitalism harms both the
weak and the Strong by pitting the one against the other in an absurd scramble
for limited resources. Unless one is granted a bourgeois privilege, one has to
enter the game at the same starting point as all the rest, and this entrance
becomes blocked by an insatiable crowd. Why not just tear down more of the
walls? If the ceiling caves in, so be it. We should have true Equality then.
